WOOD PELLETS

What is the “pellet”

Pelleting process of waste of wood (sawdust) can obtain small pressed cylinders of 6 mm. diameter that contain good energy for natural and economic heating.
• Naturally because it is virgin wood without addictives;
• Economic because the cost is less any other energy (gas-oil, natural gas, mixture, etc.).

Why the “pellet” is advantageous:

 Ecologic product with low noxious outgoing and without of CO²
 Contain double calorie power referring the wood
 High autonomy of heating
 Energetic low cost
 Low quantity of ash and smoke during the combustion
 Smalls place of packaging and cleanliness
 State and public financing as incentive for the waste recycling and the nature respect 

Raw material can be in different solutions: 

1) pallet or pieces of wood of important dimensions;
2) chips or wood waste(up to 5 cm. of dimension)
3) shaving or mixture shaving/ sawdust;
4) sawdust. 

In each of the 4 solutions is necessary the installation of plant contining machineries suitable to obtain final product in pellet.
