We can produce complete pelleting line for wood pellets:
Raw material for wood pellets can be available in different size:
1) sawdust
2) shaving or mixture shaving/ sawdust
3) chips or wood waste(up to 5 cm. of dimension)
In each of the 3 case it is necessary the installation of a plant including several machineries suitable to obtain final product in pellet.
Main components are:
1) raw material = sawdust (with moisture between 8 to 14%)
• Intake section
• Pelleting, cooling and sifting section;
• Weighing and packing section.
cost of a pelleting line from 150.000,00 Euro (capacity 400-500 kg/h) to over 500.000,00 Euro (capacity over 6 ton/h)
2) raw material = shaving or mixture shaving/ sawdust (with moisture between 8 to 14%)

• Weighing and packing section.
3) raw material = chips or wood waste(size up to 5 - 6 cm. (2" - 2"1/2)) (with moisture over 20%)
